1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to FireBoard Pro's website, member accounts, submission reviews, LIVE Recordings, and private Zoom coaching. The service is for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create and use an account:
- Account and profile information: name, email address, password in hashed form, department, current rank, target rank, Entry or Promotional track, and optional state.
- Training content: written answers, uploaded audio or video, LIVE audio or video recordings, the questions or scenarios connected to them, and coach feedback.
- Coaching details: preferred Zoom times, coaching-focus notes, confirmed appointment information, and booking status.
- Purchase records: products purchased, amounts paid, credits, Stripe checkout references, refunds, and related transaction status. Stripe processes payment-card details; FireBoard Pro does not see or store full card numbers.
- Basic service and security data: authentication-session information, request timing, and IP address where needed for login, signup, or LIVE-session rate limits and service security.
Your browser requests camera and microphone permission before a LIVE Recording. FireBoard Pro receives the recording you submit, not a continuous camera or microphone feed outside that session.
3. How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account; match questions and scenarios to your track and rank; accept, store, and review your answers; deliver coach feedback; manage credits, purchases, refunds, and Zoom bookings; respond to support requests; prevent abuse; and comply with legal and financial-record obligations.
4. Your submissions and recordings
You keep ownership of the answers and recordings you submit. You give FireBoard Pro, Impulse Learning LLC, and the coaches and service providers working for us a limited license to view, store, copy, transmit, and process that content only as reasonably needed to operate the service, provide coaching, maintain records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not claim ownership of your submitted content.
5. Cookies and tracking
FireBoard Pro uses an essential, secure session cookie to keep you signed in. It is used for authentication, not advertising. We do not use advertising trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. Your browser may also make ordinary technical requests needed to load the site.
6. Where information is stored and shared
The service and uploaded media are hosted by Render in the United States. We share only the information needed with service providers that help us operate FireBoard Pro, including Stripe for payments, Render for hosting, Resend and the receiving email provider for transactional notifications, and Cloudflare for email forwarding. Feedback-ready messages contain a link to the private review, not the coach's notes or your submitted answer. Authorized FireBoard Pro coaches and administrators may access member content to provide and support the service.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect members or the service, or in connection with a business reorganization where the recipient must continue to protect the information. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention
We keep account, submission, recording, feedback, and booking information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service. We may retain purchase, refund, security, and legal records longer when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practical.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, including hashed passwords, signed HTTP-only authentication cookies, HTTPS in production, access controls that limit member media to the member and authorized administrators, and private, non-cacheable media responses. No online service can promise absolute security.
9. Your choices and data requests
You can update profile information from your account. To ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, email info@fireboardpro.com from the address connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity. We will honor applicable rights and explain if we must retain limited information for financial, security, dispute, or legal reasons.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how we handle personal information.
